Review of Gaslamp Breakfast Company

Very informative menu. All waffle batter is gluten free. So much on the menu that was safe.

I got the buttermilk cornstarch waffle and it was fluffy (not too dense like many GF batters) and still had some crispness to it.

Food was very quick as well!
