Gaslamp Burger

Staff is not knowledgeable at all about gluten free. They had no idea what was gluten free or not. They have a gluten free bun they can put with any of their burgers, so just getting a plain burger was the safest way to go. No dedicated fryer. No fries substitutes. The burger ok, but would not go back. The chicken was not cooked well and was inedible on my spouses salad. My kids burger and fries seemed good. Would not recommend for gluten free.

They weren't sure what was gluten free and what wasn't. Risk of cross contamination is very likely. Frier is cross contaminated. They have gluten free Udi's buns. The burger was great though. Now to see if I get sick..
