Like many restaurants, the menu has all allergens identified in each dish according to an accepted codex which is really handy. Staff were very knowledgeable and marked my dish clearly with a little ‘GF’ flag. Amazing. Although I am celiac, I can tolerate the GF beer here which is either enzymatically treated or made with a ‘special process’ so I imbibed but beware there is wheat and or barley in most gluten free beer here.
