Superb Austrian cuisine with a gluten free menu and much awareness about contamination. For those allergic to wheat: The bread crumbs used for the fried meat/fish dishes (such as Schnitzel) contain gluten free wheat starch. So the majority of dishes are gluten free but not wheat free. I ordered the Parisian Schnitzel (made with gf flour and egg, without crumbs), asparagus soup and pancakes. Big portions and delicious.
