Nice little find for breakfast and coffee. The staff was super accommodating. They had Franz gf bread and said they could make any of the sandwiches on that. It’s on a shared panini grill, but he put my bread in tinfoil to avoid cross contamination, and also prepared mine first so that he wouldn’t be handling the gluten bagels. It’s too early to tell on the cross contamination, and I didn’t think to check in on shared knives etc in the cream cheese. Will update if I get sick, but hugely appreciate the effort to make it safe. And they also use Oatly, so I was able to have a latte.
