Staff was very knowledgeable and kind regarding gluten free options. Anything with the tortillas are not gluten free but the rice and beans were both safe, both of which were very good. They took measures to prevent cross contamination (the food not using tortillas are prepared in a separate space in the truck, they changed gloves).
