Was at this restaurant for a large family gathering. I'm the only one who had to order off the menu as the gathering was family style with pre selected foods. The server was knowledgeable about celiac, said most everything on menu could be made GF. I ordered lake perch (not breaded) in a lemon butter sauce over GF pasta. I verified the pasta was boiled in its own water, not in the same water as regular pasta. It was delicious and I feel great 4 hours later.
