Tons of meats to choose from-you only have to avoid the chicken teriyaki. And a majority of the salad bar area was gluten free as well. They give you a paper that shows you high foods to avoid that contain gluten. Great service as well.

This was an amazing place to eat at! They have an allergies list they give you when you mention gluten free. The list shows you everything that DOES contain gluten so those are the things to avoid. Everything else not listed is gluten free. All the meat brought out are gluten free except for the teriyaki chicken and the pork ribs(due to cross contamination since it sits on the same wooden platers the teriyaki chicken does). The appetizers brought out are all gluten free too! We didn’t touch the salad bar area so I can’t vouch for that part of the restaurant but the experience was safe and very enjoyable! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for sure.

I came here with high expectations as they have really good reviews on here only to be disappointed. The staff was super nice, and they do have a separate paper showing what on their menu contains gluten, (along with other food allergens). I ordered the chicken & salad option to find out that 2 of the 3 chicken samples in that option contained gluten and they would not substitute it for something else that was gf. I asked the server if the salad dressings at the salad bar were gf (as they weren’t included on the allergy list) and he wasn’t sure so he asked the manager who said none of the dressing were gf. This left me with only 1 chicken option and soup yet wanted us to still pay full price. I’m embarrassed to say, by my husband and I ended up leaving to find somewhere else to eat.

The server was so accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable about allergies (my son has egg allergy & me with Celiacs). The restaurant has an updated print out they handed me with every allergen listed in order to allow me to order. The food and wine and atmosphere was awesome. An enjoyable night out.

Incredible! All meats (except chicken legs and teriyaki chicken) are gluten free. Of course the pasta salads are NOT gf. They have an allergen menu for you too. They have table side bread that is GF, yes really, its GF! it's made from yucca and cheese - they are good, in my opinion. Theyll also bring you polenta fries (gf) and caramelized Bananas (gf too. Just fried In canola oil, I asked the manager.) The beef is so good! They're only seasoned with salt and that meat is high quality if it's that good with just salt! The other seasoning is the garlic powder on the garlic steak and lemon pepper on the bacon wrapped chicken. (Again, stay away from chicken legs and the teriyaki chicken- it mentions that on the allergen menu). Great experience and amazing food. We will always come back to this restaurant when we vacation in gatlinburg.

I cannot believe this place is not on here! Given, it is a bit expensive, but honestly, it is worth every penny. And, all of your gluten eating family will love it! If any of you have been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you know the drill. First, you choose which dining experience you want. If you can afford to go all out, I say do it. There is a garlic steak on the top tier that is to die for (I can't remember the actual name of the dish). But, honestly, my daughter (who eats all the gluten!) and I would be just as happy coming to get the salad bar with soup and the Brazilian bread. It is by far the best I have ever had. I honestly didn't eat as much as I wanted of it because I was saving room for the meat. But, we probably still had four baskets brought to us during the course of our dinner. And then, there is Creme Brulee, Flan, Strawberries and Cream, or Papaya and Cream to choose for dessert. We choose the flan and strawberries and cream, and both were amazing! There were two other desserts that weren't gluten-free, and then the lobster bisque, sweet potatoes, and teriyaki chicken weren't as well. Besides that, everything including the french fries and fried plantains were gluten-free because they don't have anything containing gluten in their fryers. Such an awesome experience!
