While they don’t have dedicated GF kitchen space, they have no flour in the establishment. The only gluten on the premises is croutons and bread (on salad bar only) and pasta dishes on the salad bar. They also have a chicken marinated in beer. So skip that and the sausage which is made in a facility that processes wheat per the manager. Everything in the place is delicious, and the fresh cheese rolls that come to the table are gluten free. Every time we come I eat too much and feel like I need a wheel barrow to cart me out. Well worth the price. Casual dress. When you come in request lamb chops and save some room. Best lamb ever!
