Was told that NONE of the meats are gluten free! Went there for my older son’s birthday and my Celiac son could literally only eat the salad. We ordered in Chipotle for him πŸ˜–.

They have an incredible variety of gluten-free options, especially their tacos - which are ALL gluten-free!

Gauchos Village can get pretty busy, but it's still one of my favorite places in the area!

I could eat almost everything here except the pasta salad and the French bread. The Brazilian cheese bread is made with tapioca flour. The head chef, Samya, is knowledgeable. Ask about the meat marinades. She sometimes uses beer to marinate the chicken. Often she uses light beer with no wheat to reduce gluten which could still be a problem for Celiacs. The wonderful chicken stroganoff is thickened only with cream and no flour. The ingredients for all item on salad/hot bar are all posted. It was great to go for our anniversary lunch and be able to eat many favorites. They also have a GF brownie on the menu.
