Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

Went to Cascade's last night for dinner. My server was very familiar with Celiac and double checked everything with the chefs. I ordered the surf and turf with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The actual food wasn't good or bad but as a super sensitive celiac, I was satisfied with a full belly and no bad reaction.
