Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

We ate at the Cascade Restaurant for dinner with the kids. They were extremely wonderful and knowledgable about celiac! The staff went out of their way to help us. My daughter wanted a meal from the kids menu so they made her a grilled cheese on gluten free bread. The fries weren't allowed since not a dedicated fryer. Apple slices were a good side though.
