Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

Ask for a chef to explain what they can do. Not all the servers are informed but i was lucky to have a chef come out and happily accommodate my needs for gluten, dairy and egg free dining. Everything made to order so they should help you out. Food was fantastic!
