Review of Gaylord's at Kilohana

Didn't do the restaurant, but I went to luau kalamaku, which I believe they provide the food for. It was SO GOOD. The luau was pretty commercial, but the show was entertaining. When I told them I had celiac they came out and gave me an ingredient list of all the buffet items, and they have gf items labeled on the buffet tags as well. They had Kalua pork, rice, mashed purple sweet potatoes made with coconut milk, Thai curry veggies and some salmon salsa- like thing. The poi is gf. They even had banana creme pie that had a crust made of corn starch and toasted coconut that was gf, in addition to rice pudding and a sweetened coconut pudding like thing. And the rum here is amazing :).
