Didn’t get sick.
The mix of reviews on Gaylord’s made me skeptical, but we love the bar atmosphere so I went in knowing I’d keep my order simple.
The waitress was kind and accommodating, but said risotto was NOT GF which seemed weird and she couldn’t tell me an ingredient that made it not so. I remained generally skeptical and gave the kitchen specific directions to prepare a steak grilled on foil with salt and pepper and none of their sauces. Both whipped potatoes were safe and premade. I ate the truffle version.
The steak came out unmarked but the runner went back and confirmed they had followed directions in the kitchen.
Gf bread was available during bread service for an up charge. I didn’t get any.
Gf dessert - banana cream pie was spectacular. All of my family liked it best.
~$50 steak was good quality, tasty, and safe. My family loved their gluten meals so that made it more worthwhile.
