Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

I ordered my own custom grilled cheese (bacon, cheddar/pepper jack cheese, ranch). The taste was spectacular and the gluten free bread wasn't small like the ones you buy in retail. Therefore the meal was a decent size AND filling. I would absolutely go here again.
