These guys do not make you feel warm and fuzzy. They insist that their sushi rice is not gluten free. They claim it’s because of the rice vinegar they use. They said they could only do sashimi gluten free. The fish was not super fresh and not as tasty as Tsunami. I’d go to Tsunami instead.
