Review of Gelateria Artigianale Il Capriccio di Carla Roma Monti

Delicious gelato, very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. They used a fresh spoon to scoop the top off that had touched the spoons that touched the cones and scooped my gelato from the bottom where it was fresh. Gluten free cones offered. They washed their hands and used new utensils. Also we’re knowledgeable of which gelato was gf and which were not.
