Review of Gelateria Santa Trinita

This is hands-down the best Gelato in all of Italy. I have lived in Italy and traveled to almost every region for 7 months and this is the best I've found. I've never gotten sick from cross-contamination; they use a separate spoon if you tell them you are celiac.
