This place doesn’t technically serve gelato. Real Italian gelato should be in metal tins and not able to be seen. If you ever see gelato that is piled up high and doesn’t melt, it means vegetable fats and emulsifiers have been added.
It is also very close to a number of tourist attractions so the prices are a bit inflated for what you get.
