Gelü Italian ice is a smooth, cool dessert that is both gluten-free and fat-free. We offer a sugar-free flavor, and all but two of our twenty flavors are 100% dairy-free and vegan-friendly. A small is three scoops. A large is 4 scoops. Customers can choose one flavor or a combination of flavors.

We do offer candy toppings, some of which do CONTAIN GLUTEN.

Upon request, we can remove these items from our menu and food truck for an event.
