I was happy to learn Gen Ho is celiac friendly!! The food is great, the service is great, everyone is very friendly. They don’t list GF on the menu, but if you ask if a dish you’re interested in can be made gluten free, they’ll let you know if they can do it.

Went here based on the reviews about GF options. No GF menu but there are many GF options. Was informed that my food would be made separately and take a little longer (no issue for me to ensure safety). Ordered sweet and sour chicken, it was delicious!

Call to ask for gluten free and they will cook things separately and add a little time for delivery or takeout preparation. The sweet and sour chicken, chicken kow and beef/chicken fried rice are excellent! We've also ordered for those with onion and soy allergies too, and they are very flexible.

The best chinese food I've ever had! Celiac or not! I am Celiac and have been on the hunt for chinese food that does not make me sick. After so many tries at other establishments, we tried Gen Hoe and wow! Amazing service, huge portions, such tasty food. This was a trek for us but worth it. None of the fried appetizers are Celiac safe. Got chicken kow and shrimp fried rice gluten free. So delicious! Did not have the soy sauce, so cannot comment on if gluten free. Recommend!

Celiac friendly?

I have Celiac and also an allergy to gluten. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in my life. They literally offer every item on the menu gluten free except egg rolls. The food was so good I couldn't believe it was gluten free but I know it was because I felt great. Could not recommend them higher
