The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced.
We called ahead to discuss that we had a severe celiac gluten allergy in our party and they were accommodating on the phone.
When we sat down, our server, Anthonie immediately told us that he had just gotten 4 tables at once and our drinks would come out after he took orders for all tables. Okay? (Drinks came after our 2nd round of meat— I’ll get to that later)
We asked about the banchan already on the table, the server had no idea which items had gluten or not. We asked for him to get the manager twice, to which he didn’t. He just came back and told us “you’re fine”. With a severe allergy at the table, this was unsettling.
When the gas tank under the table had a side panel fall off and hit our toes, we asked for the manager again. He came over with an attitude of “what do you need?” Like, why am I here? He crawled under the table not respecting anyones personal space; put the panel back on, and left. No apologies, no hospitality. Didn’t ask ANYTHING about how we were or about our experience.
Remember when I said the drinks came much later than when we ordered? Well, the pitcher of beer that was filled sloppily to the top like at a college bar, was placed DIRECTLY in front of our diner who has the severe gluten allergy. I have truly never experienced service so rude, inconsiderate, or absent minded.
I understand there could be understaffing, but then don’t seat the tables. It’s hell for everyone.

Great food, and safe if you're careful. Avoid all of the sides and only order the unseasoned items on the menu: beef brisket, premium pork belly, shrimp, and calamari steak. If your waiter doesn't know what's safe see if they have anyone currently working there who does: some of the staff were aware of what was ok or not. I've eaten there multiple times and haven't gotten sick.
Yes
The gf options are very limited and cross contamination is hard to avoid. I had un flavored steak and brisket and white rice. I will not go back! I don’t suggest anyone with celiac attempt eating here.

Server asked chef about which items were gluten free. As other review stated, limited to un marinated meats. Appetizers were limited to edamame. Sushi was only philly rolls and the sashimi plates with no sauce. We did switch grill plates often and had separate gluten and gluten free tongs.
I enjoyed the meal and the experience. Didn’t leave hungry but wished there may have been a sauce option of some kind.

We tried the all-you-can-eat BBQ for dinner. Hubby is celiac so options were limited to non marinated meat. Good quality of meat for reasonable price - for Vegas Strip. Worth a try if you have not experienced it and no issues afterwards. As the table shares a grilling surface- other diners have to be willing to eat gluten free or wait until the end. Servers did offer to change the grill plates in between so could have done rounds to alternate cooking but we did not risk it.

Terrible service, lied to me about having tamari only to be told that they don't have that after I asked for more, and the bathrooms were a disaster, really disappointing and really scared right now.

I worked at this location for about 6 months. Do not eat here if you are celiac. The majority of items are not gluten free and there is major cross contamination.
