Gene & Jude's

Gene & Jude's has been part of my life since childhood... I have been gluten free for 4 years. Recently I went to Gene & Jude's and ordered a hot dog, no bun. The young lady at the counter asked me if I had a gluten allergy. When I responded yes, she let me know she'd prepare sandwiches for the rest of my party first, and then change gloves and prepare my order. I thanked her for her care, and she said there's no need to thank me, it's our policy. 😁 The only items served here are hot dogs, fries and tamales. Nothing goes on the fryer but the fries. I've eaten here several times with no incident. So happy I didn't have up give it up for life!
