1st visit: dinner with Dan Dan Noodles, Soup Dumplings, and General Tao’s Chicken. Everything tasted amazing! I haven’t had this kinda food since before getting diagnosed. All the waitstaff were super accommodating and marked my food GF for the kitchen. Basically everything on the menu except the bao are GF. Drinks and prices overall were also great. 5 stars
2nd visit: lunch with Tsao’s noodles, pork wontons, and garlic sauce pork. Again, everything tasted amazing and the waitstaff told me they made everything GF. Felt some moderate symptoms afterward. Cross contamination, perhaps? Downgrading to 3 stars now. Be careful if you’re sensitive.

I eat here without looking too closely at the reviews on this app. The kitchen will tell you almost everything on their menu can be made gluten free. But they are either lying to you or they don’t know what gluten is. I got soup dumplings that looked like they were not made of gluten free flour. The staff assured me that they were gluten free even after trying them. I could tell immediately from the taste that it was wheat flour. I stopped eating them after one. But the damage was done the next day. I don’t recommend anyone on this app eat here

The food here is not gluten free. I went to the restaurant and asked about the gf options and was told that everything can be made gf expect the bao buns. I ordered several items, called and let them know, and they guaranteed everything would be gluten free. I threw up later in the evening but honestly couldn't be sure if it was their food or not. I called and they said everything was made gluten free and there was definitely no cross contamination. I decided to go once more and try. I made sure to tell them I had celiac disease and double check what was/wasn't gluten free... well, a few hours later, I was puking. I was so sick for hours. It was miserable. Do not eat here with celiac disease - this food is absolutely NOT safe.

Had an amazing experience — waiter told us everything except two items could be made gluten free. Dumplings were awesome, and prices were reasonable!

Sadly, my daughter got very sick from this restaurant. I do not recommend this establishment for people who have Celiac disease. The food was absolutely delicious, but she definitely got glutened (not just cross contaminated). Also, I was nervous when we got there because the menu doesn’t specify that anything is gluten free, and it’s all kind of presented by the waiter, who seemed annoyed to have to talk us through it. So I was uneasy before we even started eating. Should have listened to my gut.

Killer soup dumplings! Confirmed: Entire menu gluten free minus bao buns. Should have tried the dan dan noodle, I’ll definitely be back. The entire menu is handmade from scratch gluten free Szechuan, chef uses rice base for all dishes. I am in awe, this is the best I’ve had with or without gluten!

This place makes almost everything on their menu gluten free. The bao buns are the same not thing they said they could not make for me. I have the General Tsao Chicken and spring rolls. It was delicious! Highly recommend this place for Chinese!
