The cafe is difficult to find as it is currently located in a building named something else. The building actually houses at least 6 different “restaurants”. The coffee shop is at the front. We arrived around 9:30 on a Tuesday and they only had one gf bagel left (they’re in the process of moving to a new location). I ordered a sandwich on the gf bagel and my husband ordered a skillet as well a drinks. While waiting on the food I decided to ask about whether they use a separate toaster. The person working told me they use the same toaster but clean/disinfect between bagels and do some other cleaning. She also told me she eats gluten free and has never gotten sick. The scary part was when she said “it gets really hot and burns all of it off”. I had read really good reviews so I didn’t question all of this prior to ordering. Our food came out as ordered and was delicious. I did not get sick although I have been gluten free for over 15 years. All in all it was good breakfast food.

This is the best gluten free meal I’ve had in Golden! DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich with gluten free bagel replacement for an extra $2. The bagels taste like the kind I make from scratch at home once a year (because it’s such a difficult process to make!). Can’t recommend enough!
