Gene's Bistro

I rely on this restaurant when at Midway. Very few GF options but the staff is always kind. Today I was here early so had the omelette - the only GF breakfast item. It was made in a pan and came with fresh greens. And it was quite tasty. When here later in the day I rely on the chef’s salad with no dressing since they don’t know if theirs are GF. But the salads are freshly prepared and generously sized.
