They tried and said they would make sure to not add any non-gf sauces to my order, but it was either not gf or was cross-contaminated because I got sick. I don’t think the staff was very knowledgeable.

Staff is knowledgeable of the ingredients. Sushi is fresh and delicious. When asked, they gladly substituted fresh crab meat in place of the imitation crab. When you ask for tamari sauce, they will bring you the San-J tamari sauce bottle. They also have a great $ lunch special.
