Can we please normalize not giving a high rating to restaurants that only do the bare minimum to provide a dining out experience to GF patrons? I can grill plain meat with no sauce at home and there’s nothing Korean about it.

This place just doesn’t have gluten free options. Like, they’re super up front about that. The only thing they said was “you can bring your own sauce”…. I don’t exactly wanna pay $50-100 to bring my own.

Let me start off by saying that the food was fantastic- for sure 5 stars! Great ambiance. In terms of being GF, I would give them a 3 star. Unlike the other post, the employees seemed surprised and a bit annoyed at best to have to accommodate for a GF customer. They were excellent about checking with the Chef that all ingredients being served to me where GF! My party was also kind enough to not get any marinated meat, which is not GF there, so the stove at our table was not cross-contaminated. Overall it was an amazing restaurant, and the food was delicious! I personally, however, tend to shy away from restaurants where my Celiac is preserved as an inconvenience.
Amazing food, very aware of gluten allergies and able to quickly recommend gluten free option
