Ordered gluten free pancakes. They said I could have French toast too if I wanted. They new cross contact protocols before I even had to ask. Gluten free waffles but they only have one maker so not safe for celiac.

The waitstaff is incredibly nice & knowledgeable. Everything can be made gluten free except the waffles because of a shared maker, but they have separate cook tops for gluten free! I can’t wait to come back! Such delicious food & great atmosphere!

No gluten free menu and probably shared griddle, but delicious! We missed the breakfast hours, but they had gluten free bread that could be used for many sandwiches.

Under impressed. No dedicated waffle iron or toaster. Share grill space. Food was not even that flavorful.
This resturant has come along from the reviews I read. Three years ago GF options are not like they are today and I feel that Georges was accommodatin in regards to ensuring I had what I wanted to eat.
The time we came was Saturday after 9:30 am and it seemed a little busy. We were greeted after stepping in and given menus. Though GF is not on their menu, they do have batter and toast.
I think if you're in the are you should give this place a try.
Yes
Will not eat here again. awful service and the waitress cut me off before I could even finish my order. toast was really good, and so was my waffle, but I was lucky not to get sick from cross contamination. It took me ages to even get real maple syrup (like kitchen cravings) she wanted me to use the fake syrup (with gluten!) on the table. It is an extra $3 here for the real maple, and I already felt guilty because you have to order all gf stuff as sides. Don't even bother going here, especially if it's breakfast. I had such a bad experience, I wouldn't even bother going back for lunch.

Not the largest selection, but they were really nice, and had FANTASTIC bread. Had good burgers on it, and a great grilled cheese. Would love to try it for breakfast.
NO DEDICATED KITCHEN SPACE! They use the same toasters and waffle maker as they do for the regular items. (Talk about cross contamination). Thankfully our waitress saved me a trip to the ER by informing me. I ended up ordering eggs and gf toast both cooked in a seperate pan. The toast (from Berry Delicious in Plymouth, NH) was very tasty.
Good GF waffle that's homemade. They also have GF bread. Impressive for a diner.
Wonderful gluten free toast. They also have gluten free waffles made on dedicated gluten free plates. Really great homemade food.
Excellent staff and toast to die for!
