They do not have a designated fryer, but they baked my fries for the poutine. It was delicious. No reaction. The pavlova is a must!

The menu is labelled with GF items. Staff was quick to switch out food when it was accidentally served with gluten. This is my wife and I's favorite restaurant and it has never disappointed in service or GF experience.

Gluten Free poutine was phenomenal! Lots of gluten free appetizers, meals and cocktails. Fish was incredible and the cocktails were amazing! Also a fun atmosphere. Zero reaction!
