The waitress was incredibly condescending when I asked about GF option. "You have an allergy but don't know what you can eat?!?!?"
We walked out. Stay Away.

I felt pretty hopeful after reading the reviews. After talking to our waitress, she went through the whole bit about pizza prep, still felt good about it. Then I asked how they were cooked. She said in the oven with the other pizzas. And it’s a convection oven. I just wasn’t comfortable with a fan blowing crumbs everywhere. I opted for a salad. She took pictures of all of the salad dressing labels. All contained “flavors” and “spices”. So I got a side of olive oil. The salad was good, hummus, feta, olives…I forget the name. If I were in Pella again and needed a restaurant option, I would visit again and get the exact same salad. The others had ingredients that didn’t feel as reliable. And our waitress had to go check every time I asked a question. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again, though.

Good GF pizza at a decent price. Eaten the pizza numerous times and always do fine afterwards. Usually have enough for lunch the next day.

The staff is well educated about gluten free environment with having a separate kitchen area and separate cutting area for pizza!
Yes
Crust was very good but I got Pepperoni instead of the Canadian Bacon I ordered. They seemed rather distracted but the pizza was good
Best gf pizza that I have found in the state of Iowa. Wish we lived closer!
