They say they have GF and everything is severely cross-contaminated. Then, they told me they had gf desserts and then informed me that the flour they used for the desserts contained wheat/gluten.

I got the chicken, ham, veggies and sweet potatoes. It was greasy and the chicken was overcooked. Very limited gluten free options except for salads. Stomach reacted a bit so I had to drink water and have tums.

Gluten free review—GB has a handful of GF options— and they are so marked on their menus! I believe your options areShrimp & GritsRed Beans & RiceSteaksGB ChickenAnd all their salads. I got the chef salad— just make sure to tell them no bread on the side! Very good and filling salad— can be large enough for two meals. I only knock them down a star because the last time I went i got the chef salad and told her it was a gluten allergy order and still got the bread brought out on the plate. So, just make sure to mention that!

The waitress made this my most positive dining out experiences since I eliminated gluten, soy and dairy. The menu identified gluten free items and the waitress was quick to offer checking with the chef on any questions I had and offered alternatives to make my meal perfect. The food was decent, the portions were reasonable (not too big), but I credit the waitress with making this a place I'll revisit. I had mahi and a salad, but other GF options were red beans and rice, shrimp and grits, and chicken.

The GF items are marked on the menu, and if i remember correctly the options are all the salads, shrimp and grits, grilled chicken, and red beans and rice. I specifically told my waitress to make my shrimp and grits GF and it was brought out with a huge slice of bread on it. I had to tell them to not take the bread off and to remake it, but I’m not sure they listened. They didn’t seem too educated on celiac but they do have options so just be sure to reiterate the importance to the waitstaff if going here
