Found this place by accident, pretty near the airport, delicious Southern food. The cashier was very helpful to figure out what would be prepared fresh on a clean grill (fish and cabbage) vs. red beans and rice, etc. that had been prepped before and would have more cross contamination. I’m quite sensitive, but tried the black-eyed peas, which had a smaller risk, and felt fine. The manager also came out and talked to me, made sure I felt good. Great service, and wonderful to not get sick before going to Disney the next day!
