They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and Celiac. The pizza is prepared in a separate space and in specific pans.
(Still possible for cross-contact. But, they are very cautious and I have never had an issue. I am a highly sensitive celiac.). One employee even has Celiac. Unreal that they are brave enough to work there.
I do personally recommend extra sauce and extra cheese. For me that really makes a difference with the GF crusts wherever I may go.
