UPDATED 12/12/18-this restaurant no longer exists in Payson. Was told it moved to Sedona. In this location is now The Mongolian Moose which has GF options, has small bakery too with GF choices but in display case with gluten items.

Several well noted options, which were quite a variety of things not just salads. I had a Greek salad because I was in the mood for that but will definitely return to try the other options.

Great tasting GF pasta, well marked menu.

Great pasta primavera. They also had several salads on the menu. No gf bread.

Honestly the best gluten free pasta I've had in years - a wonderful dinner !

The side salad was a bit lackluster, but the gf pasta alla cecca was particularly excellent, with a wonderfully fresh and garlicy sauce.
