Gest Omelettes Restaurant

I had a great breakfast here. Karen, our waitress, was very knowledgeable and helped me modify my meal to eat grain free. She confirmed everything with the kitchen to be safe for me-which was very much appreciated. I had the Eggs Benny Tuscan with bread subbed out for hash browns. The hash browns were delightfully crunchy and the hollandaise had a nice lemony zing. Another team member came to check in on us to make sure everything was being well received and ensure there were no issues with my allergies. Great service, great food. Will return.

Karen was our waitress who was very knowledgeable. She clearly notified the kitchen I was celiac and followed up by talking with them. Options are gluten free French toast, Omelettes, corned beef hash (made with real corned beef). American fried potatoes mixed with grilled onions and green peppers and cheese. Everything we have eaten here tastes great and is high quality.
