I go to the café often to get GF morning glory muffins (carrot, coconut, raisin, walnut) and a coffee. Their baked goods are separated by allergy in its own cases each case having color coded tongs to eliminate cross contamination. This morning while in the cafe I overheard employee training. I was glad to hear the trainer describe why everything was separated, and how celiacs can get sick by using tongs from the other containers. While the muffins are the only GF option that I ever saw, I am happy to know I never get sick.
