We had such a great experience that we went back a second time. I had the chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread, kettle chips and a gluten free delicious crunch on the outside and soft in the middle chocolate chip cookie. The place is clean and the staff were super nice and knowledgeable about gluten free options.

They didn't have a GF menu, but the person was very knowledgeable about GF options and cross contamination. By the time we arrived, they only had one GF bakery item left and she warned that it had touched the non-GF cinnamon roll which wouldnt work for my kid. She noted my daughter's food was to be GF in multiple ways to ensure it was made safely: noted the gf bun, marked the order as a gluten allergy and wrote Celiac in the notes. We enjoyed the meal and greatly appreciated the care they took to ensure my kiddo didn't get sick on vacation.

Will confirm that they are a celiac’s dream. Cafe is very careful about GF. In a town where you almost always have to take an hour for lunch, they have a GF grab and go fridge for easy check out.

Great People, fantastic food, great prices. GF bread held together on sandwich. GF muffins and cookies. Sign in kitchen says "Love is the Best Ingredient. They are organic as much as possible, she says about 80% organic. Woman owned business.

Gluten free bread for egg sandwiches and the kitchen sterilizes the pan prior to cooking meal. Excellent eggs and cheese sandwiches! Cheap prices too!

We were on vacation to the area, and thought we would give it a try, it was close to where we were and it seemed to have good gluten free options (has gluten free bread available to substitute on the sandwiches). It was so good and so filling! The gluten free bread didn't fall apart like I've had happen before while trying to eat a sandwich. They use gluten free granola in their fruit and yogurt. We even went back there the next day for take out as we were heading back home. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

We could not be happier with our experience today. Two of our children have Celiac Disease, and when I mentioned this to the staff, they provided a great deal of information about how they take great care to avoid cross-contamination. It is clear that they are very experienced in this area and understand the need for strict procedures. They did not seem annoyed at all, but rather welcoming and happy to help. The chef even came out to the table to chat and discuss our kids’ preferences with them. The food was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared. We will definitely be returning often and we are very appreciative for their attentiveness.

Staff knew what they were doing. Food even do a panini (they put it on a separate pan so nothing touched).
