Waitress wasn’t knowledgeable but did ask the cook. Got the ribs and didn’t get sick. Didn’t think it was anything to write home about.

Wonderful place! The server was super friendly and knew all about what was safe and what wasn’t. All meats were gluten free, sauce was fine. For sides, he said just stay away from anything fried, and the creamed corn. We had brisket, potato salad and beans. It was excellent. We will definitely be back every time we come to Branson.

We wanted to take out, as we got into town late. Ordered at the bar....bartender very knowledgeable! Pulled pork and brisket were so good and tender! Were told colr slaw, baked beans, potato salad and veggies were gluten free. We had the beans and Cole slaw with no problem. We are both gluten intolerant, not celiac.

My wife has Celiac disease. GB has good menu options that are gluten free. We shared a burnt ends plate and enjoyed the mashed potatoes and coleslaw sides that came with it. We just left off the TX toast and ate it up. Their gf BBQ sauce was so good, I bought a pint jar to bring home with us.

Good place. The pulled pork was very good, although I did have better in Kansas City. I enjoyed the beans a lot but didn’t care for the coleslaw. It was over saturated in dressing which wasn’t fitting with the rest of the food. Kind of clashed with the BBQ imo. Really cool place though, it’s sort of Southern classic modernized. I loved how diverse the crowd was here. Gave me hope for the survival of good bbq. They don’t have a GF menu but my server was able to tell me what was safe - which was most things except any fried items or breaded. Also sadly the sweet potato casserole wasn’t safe, I wanted to try it.

Although they didn’t have a gf menu, the manager was very knowledgeable and told me that all their meats and seasonings were gf. I ordered a salad with smoked turkey. I tested the BBQ Ranch dressing with my NIMA sensor and it tested clean. I didn’t get sick either and the food was good!
