They have salads labeled GF on the lunch menu and they have some pre-prepared items in the freezer labeled GF, such as soups, a chicken dip, and other salads. Supposedly they sometimes have gluten free bread for sandwiches as well.

Delicious prepared foods (dinners, sides, salads, soups/stews and more) both fresh and frozen. Many things available are made gluten free for all- (like the amazing meatballs) because they use Gf bread crumbs or gF flour. It’s really nice to not feel like the GF version is different than the “normal” version (nor are they more expensive, which is awesome). I’ve never been glutened here by anything. My family loves dinners from here and occasionally we will enjoy something from their cafe for lunch- several platters are available GF and Gf bread is available (due to the small size of the GF bread in comparison to regular bread/rolls, you actually get TWO sandwiches so it’s equivalent in size. WINNING!!) The shop itself is adorable and the seating features a beautiful view of the ocean. Highest quality food and sandwiches in Niantic, no question.
