Review of GIA: Drink.Eat.Listen

Incredible staff and great seasonal menu! Lots of gluten free options, and the kitchen is very accommodating and will make substitutions if necessary. Great drinks as well, definitely recommend! FYI, I don’t have celiac but am EXTREMELY sensitive to cross contamination, and have never gotten sick. Even if the menu doesn’t seem like there are a lot of gf options, the kitchen will usually modify dishes as needed.
