When ordering GF spaghetti I asked the waiter if they used separate water cooking. They said NO. Will not go back. Very nice pricey too.

Went here for our 10 yr anniversary. The restaurant was very communicative. When inquiring only speak to management. I had reached out a day in advance ( due to covid in 2019 we had not eaten out yet and changed our minds last minute) The owner actually responded on FB and answered all questions and spoke with the manager for that date. She even got us last minute reservations. The manager came and spoke to us about the dishes and they even had a dessert too! I did get pasta and it was perfectly cooked! Both kids and my husband all loved our food. Celiac here and was very happy!

The Killdeer location knows nothing about gf. The gf pasta comes out uncooked Everytime and I'm not sure if they cook the gf pasta in the same water as regular pasta, but have gotten very sick every single time going. The Palatine location however is awesome!!! Never gotten sick and their pasta is cooked properly every time.

The online menu doesn’t show any pasta main dishes so I don’t know- I can’t tell without calling what they could possibly be offering that’s very lame -it can’t be very good if it’s not on their online menu!
