Dine at your own risk! I made the restaurant aware of my celiac disease both at the time of reservation and also upon arrival. The server seemed knowledgeable at first until she brought me bread (not gf). She also couldn't tell me if the sauce she served to accompany my meal was gf or not. I ended up eating only the meat which was dry and had no seasoning. It must have been cross contaminated because I did get glutened and spent the night miserable. I'd opt for another, more allergen friendly restaurant!
