The waiter informed me that everything is GF except for the burger and the burritos, and that the burritos are prepared before they come to the kitchen. He told me that there’s no cross contamination from the flour tortillas. They seem fairly aware, and I feel pretty safe. I decided to ask about one dish in detail and just ordered that. There is a slight language barrier, but the waiter used terms that made him sound in the know.

They didn't seem to be aware of what gluten was. I didn't feel safe ordering any yuca or sweet potato fries because of this. They were very kind and tried their best to accommodate me. As a vegetarian with Celiac Disease, there weren't a lot of options. Carnivores may have more luck.

Most of the menu is gluten free except the burger because of the bun. Latin inspired cuisine. Everything I had was delicious. Yucca fries were great and the polenta. My son had a Cuban sandwich made with corn tortillas.
