Our waiter was confident about the gluten in the dishes. They had gluten free gnocchi and fettuccine so you could still have the right sort of pasta for each sauce. I had the gnocchi with cacio e pepe sauce and it was delicious.

Great GF pasta options. They take cross contamination very seriously. They explicitly say they use a different pot of water, strainer, utensils, etc. no reaction from eating here!
