I had an odd and mixed experience here. I asked the person who greeted me at the front if they accommodated gluten intolerance. I was told the only thing on the menu that was gluten free was the pizza crust (not what goes on top). I found this suspicious and asked if I could speak with someone who knew more about the preparation. The person said no, they’re all busy, and that was that. Mind you, the place only had a few people in it. So I went to my car, called, and asked for the manager. He was nice and accommodating. He even brought the cheese box out for me to inspect the ingredients. He said they take allergies very seriously, yet he didn’t seem to know his ingredients all that well. They put the pizza on its own pan in the oven and change gloves. The pizza was alright, though they got my order wrong. I’m willing to try again in case it was just a fluke day.
