I have been eating sushi from Ginza for several years and they have always been accommodating for gluten free. They are knowledgeable about what contains gluten, cross contamination, etc. My gluten free sushi is always put in a separate container with gluten free soy sauce on the side. The fried rice can also be made gluten free! 5/5 recommend!

Worst sushi I ever had. Not only were they unwilling to make specific items gluten free, despite their claim to have gluten free soy sauce, the sushi didn’t even taste fresh. I ordered a seaweed salad and they refused to make a specific salad for me with gluten free soy sauce, claiming it was already made in a large batch. Then I requested a spicy salmon roll and they just provided me with plain salmon and seaweed since they claimed their spicy salmon had “crunch.” Would not recommend at all.
