Ginza Asian Bistro

I recently learned I needed to remove gluten from my diet. This has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, so I wanted to give it a try.

The staff was very knowledgeable about what items did and did not contain gluten, and stopped me once when I tried to order something that contained gluten. They have gluten-free soy sauce, and offered to make gluten-free versions of some dishes. I ended up just going with the tuna roll, California roll, and tamago (egg) sushi.

Four hearts only because I did not discuss cross-contamination with them, so I don’t have enough information to give five. I did not have any issues after my meal.
