The manager was unsure what gluten was. She knew there was none in the cheesebread, but was basically totally unhelpful. Not likely to go back again.

Great Brazilian cheese bread made out of tapioca flour. Very addicting. Steak, mash potatoes, and vegetables are safe. Never tried the fried food because cross contamination is a concern.
